Negotiation Workshop



Client wanted their procurement team to have negotiation training to equip colleagues with the skills to build & maintain strong relationships with Suppliers & partners.  They wanted to ensure that  all were trained to the same level and able to influence & drive change with the aim of reducing cost, creating value and also to develop strategic thinking across the group.


We designed & facilitated a two-day workshop to bring a consistent approach to negotiation & a process that built confidence in the individual & the company. The workshop was heavily based on practical applications & introduced delegates to simple tools that can be used on a daily basis. Key elements of the workshop focused on preparation and planning, understanding the phases of a negotiation & how to leverage the power of being in a broad organisation.
